Saag paneer, quick and easy

Easy-peasy, if not 100% authentic!

Go to your local supermarket. Pick up a 100g packet of Fusion Spice Works' Shahi Paneer, a bundle of spinach and a block of Indian paneer (cheese). Cube paneer and wash, de-stem and roughly chop spinach (frozen would work too, but I like making work for myself this way). Mix half of the spice packet with a cup of milk or yogurt until dissolved. Stir-fry paneer cubes in some butter until light gold. Remove from pan. Throw chopped spinach in pan and let wilt, then add spice mixture. Simmer a few minutes and add paneer. Enjoy!
